My name is Linda Arellano, I am 22 years old, I am from the city of Riohacha, but I live in Barranquilla/Atlántico, I study psychology at the Simón Bolívar University and I am in the sixth semester, I am a student with many goals for her life, I am honest, attentive and always willing to help, and the expectation I have this semester is to be able to acquire knowledge that can strengthen my professional life.

  PARTS OF THE BODY. the parts of the body are the extremities that the human being requires to satisfy his needs. Our body has three parts: head, trunk and extremities. In the head is the face and the skull. And in the face there are the forehead, the eyebrows, the eyes, the eyelids, the eyelashes, the nose, the cheeks, the mouth, the lips and the chin. On both sides of the face the ears are placed. The head is joined to the trunk by the neck. In the trunk are, in front, the chest and belly, and behind, the back. The term culture as it has been evolving in society, is associated with progress and values. Cultures can be "understood as systems of symbols and meanings that even their creators question, that lack fixed boundaries, that are constantly changing, and that interact and compete with each other." Culture is made up of several components, among which are beliefs, norms, values, language, symbols, technology and identity. Cultural identity is the set of values, traditions and beliefs that exist within a group, which are influenced by the context and the social environment. UNIT 4 READING FOR PLEASURE (GENRES OF BOOK)

GENRES OF BOOKS I prefer fiction books and I go for short stories, romantic novels but in Spanish, English books are complicated for me, and well I like self-help books that belong to non-fiction, I like these because I feel that help me in knowledge and thus I create the habit of reading. HOW IS A BOOK DESCRIBED  WHAT AM I CURRENTLY READING ?  I am reading a very interesting and constructive book, it is a self-help book called Enamorate de ti by Walter Riso and well apart from that I am reading books that my career demands of me, one of them is the DSM-5 The first deals with a passage of recommendations to grow personally, highlight one's own virtues, I also talked about how to help other people to excel and this for me is very satisfying. The other deals with mental disorders that people may suffer in the course of their lives.
